01 Nov Council for Sustainability Trip and project
This year Pooles Park are taking part in a sustainability project with many other schools in Islington.
To launch the project our school councilors from Y3-6 were invited to take part in a workshop. This trip took place on Friday 21st October. Please see photos below.
During this workshop the children learnt about sustainability and worked with children from other schools to make a short video.
On 16th November we will be having a ‘Sustainability Now’ day at Pooles Park. This will be launched by the team at The Garden Classroom through an assembly. Children will then spend the day engaging in activities to understand more about sustainability.
